The SHARP LM16X21A Dot Matrix LCD Unit consists
of a combination of a 5 x 7 dot 16-character
2-line dot matrix LCD panel, LCD driver, and yellow green backlight LED fabricated on a single printed
circuit board.
Incorporating mask ROM-based character generator and display data RAM in the controller LSI,
the unit is capable of efficiently displaying the desired characters under microcomputer control
